These bottling tanks are considered the best in the industry. Some older models have been in service for over 50 years. They are not made cheaply. The finest #4 polished 18-gauge stainless steel is selected. Parts are laser-cut, rolled, and welded by our robotic systems. All fittings are TIG-welded on water-cooled machines by skilled craftsmen. Each tank is hot water tested before shipping.
These 18-gauge double-walled heated tanks not only store honey for later bottling, but also decrystallize dormant honey. Producing over 200 jars per hour is common.
Each tank comes fully equipped with immersion heaters, sight glass water gauges, thermometers, brass plugs, and a lid.
